Job Description
The Saco School Department is looking for
Substitute Teachers and Substitute Ed
Techs for grades K-8.
Substitutes are able to select their preferred locations and assignments based on their availability.
Must be able to:
Work cooperatively with teachers, staff and parents.
Arrive as scheduled, demonstrating punctuality, dependability and personal hygiene.
Follow and implement lesson plans as provided by classroom teacher.
Function independently and demonstrate flexibility.
Substitutes are paid daily rates based on their level of education.
High
school diploma $55/day, Two years of
college $60/day, Four year degree $65/day, Teacher certification $70/day.
The Saco School Department is also looking for Substitute School Nurses.
These subs are paid $140/day.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
