Lead Clinical Scheduling Assistant

Summary Position Summary The Team Lead Clinical Scheduling Assistant is responsible for supporting efficient workflow and communications for the clinical teams.
Schedules patient visits, including day to day patient scheduling for multiple disciplines.
Communicates with patients, both taking and placing calls, as necessary and assigned by clinical leadership.
The Team Lead Clinical Scheduling Assistant also participates in the orientation and onboarding of new staff in the scheduling department in an effort to foster overall team success.
The position reports to the Director of Therapy.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Business or secretarial school graduate with at least one-year experience, or a graduate of a specific program for medical secretary or assistant.
OR, GED or other high school diploma equivalent preferred with more than 1 year of proven work experience in the health care field as a support staff person.
License/Certifications:
N/A
Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in a clerical support position, preferably in health care.
Recommended Skills Clinical Works Communication Health Care Leadership Onboarding Secretarial Experience Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
