Hiring for Inventory clerks and Warehouse clerks in Saco ME! As a Warehouse and Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining organized storage areas.
You will play a key role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by supporting inventory control processes, receiving and dispatching goods, and performing regular inventory audits.
Responsibilities:
o Maintain a perpetual inventory of materials and products o Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits.
o Verifies clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts o Prepares inventory reports for departments o Data entry into inventory management system o Investigates and reports inventory discrepancies.
o Track and monitor all damaged product in inventory.
o Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
o Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
o Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Desired Background/Skills:
o High School or GED required.
o Associate's degree or two years of equivalent experience.
o Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment.
