Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the company's general accounting functions, including but not limited to general ledger entries, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
Prepare monthly financial statements and review trends Lead and help implement some margin improvement and cost reduction ideas Conduct detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Corporate Accountant or in a similar role (junior accountant okay).
High Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
