Custodian/Maintenance


Summary:
Performs general housekeeping functions in order to maintain a clean and safe environment for all who work in assigned building.
Responsibilities:
oResponsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned areas.
oNightly tasks include cleaning restrooms, conference rooms, common areas, stairwells, hallways and other areas exclusive to a particular zone.
oWeekly/monthly tasks include office trash pickup, vacuuming, dusting and maintaining doors cleanliness.
oCompleting miscellaneous cleaning tasks as requested by supervisor.
Basic Qualification:
oPhysical dexterity to include reaching, bending, climbing ladders, pulling, pushing and lifting 50lbs.
oAbility to comprehend written procedures and instructions and document data.
oBasic computer knowledge.
Preferred Qualification:
oPrevious experience in a custodial position preferred.

Manager Business Analysis

Summary:
The Manager - Business Analysis will play a key liaison role between IT and the business function, and will play a key role in the initiation of projects for the specified business area. The Manager - Business Analysis will be responsible for managing business requirements, the development of business cases, and the evaluation of alternate solutions in support of business needs. This individual will have key interaction responsibilities with the Retail executives, including presidents of the banners.
Responsibilities:
Manager - Business Analysis will be responsible for leading business process maps and leading interviews with business areas, and identifying and validating business needs and requirements. Will also be responsible for leading other business analysts in this process.
Participate and in some cases lead requirements workshops/JAD sessions to identify business needs and requirements.
Produce detailed requirements documents, including use cases and requirements trace ability matrices.
Basic Qualification:
oMinimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
oSix years of enterprise experience within an IT function, at a global level, performing the following:
oWorking as a member of a small team in a very dynamic environment
oWorking with clients in formal requirements gathering sessions (e.g., JAD sessions), as well as informal requirements sessions (e.g., one-on-one meetings)
oProducing detailed requirements documents, including use cases and requirements trace ability matrices
oMinimum five years of experience in the associated business functions or related IT systems
oUnderstanding of IT technologies, and various IT functions
Preferred Qualification:
oMBA / Master's Degree
o10+ years of experience in an IT organization with significant business/customer interaction

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
